Please quote the name of the participant and registration reference on all bank transfers. All bank charges and fees associated with the transfer will not be accepted by the Conference and must be met by the participant. Registration fees MUST be paid in full before Conference registration can be confirmed. All fees should be remitted within 5 days of making this registration. A copy of your bank transfer receipt must be emailed to as proof of payment.

The Pancreas Cancer 2020 Conference Secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or reference number is not mentioned, nor will the Pancreas Cancer 2020 Conference Secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.

  • Refunds for cancellations made up to and including April 10, 2020, will be made in full less a cancellation fee of €80.00.
  • No refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 10, 2020
