Please quote the name of the participant and registration reference on all bank transfers. All bank charges and fees associated with the transfer will not be accepted by the Conference and must be met by the participant. Registration fees MUST be paid in full before Conference registration can be confirmed. All fees should be remitted within 5 days of making this registration. A copy of your bank transfer receipt must be emailed to registration@pancreascancer2020.org as proof of payment.

The Pancreas Cancer 2020 Conference Secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or reference number is not mentioned, nor will the Pancreas Cancer 2020 Conference Secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.

Bank transfers not accepted from 4 March 2020.

Changes, substitutions, and cancellation of registrations
Notification of changes and cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Pancreas Cancer 2020 Registration Department at registration@pancreascancer2020.org.

Refund policy

  • Refunds for cancellations made up to and including March 4, 2020, will be made in full less a cancellation fee of €80.00.
  • No refunds can be made for cancellations received after March 5, 2020
